Chuck was very professional and did an excellent job working with my family and myself on my father's estate. We used Chuck Gallo to purchase our condo home in Naples, Florida this June 2016. We met Chuck the year before during an open house in Olde Naples but we were not yet serious. Chuck kept in touch anyway by sending a market survey of Naples and later an email reaching out to us as he knew we were due to visit Naples early in 2016. We met with him and spent time answering our questions, providing data regarding homes they sell/buy, how long listings typically stay on the market and providing information on comps in the area. Chuck discussed what we were looking for, the "in season market vs. the out of season market" and the pricing of condominiums. Chuck set up appointments of units in areas of interest and price ranges. He is a listener more than a talker and picks up on comments after each viewing and updates and adjusts the next day viewings based upon our comments. Toward the very end of season, we were successful in purchasing a great condominium that we love and will enjoy for years to come. He provided daily information on properties, viewed properties for us and provided pictures and feedback, once we picked our property he negotiated a great price for us and kept us posted on the whole process. More impressive than that was how he handled our purchase AFTER we settled. He checked on our property (since we were far away) and noticed he heat pump wasn't working. He helped us obtain quotes and even met with the contractors for us. What realtor provides that service after settlement?
